Dries is Managing Partner Legal - Lawyer . He mainly focuses on corporate and company law. From the cooperation with DNA-Law, he is responsible for the further development of our legal services.
Since 2022, I have been closely associated with Baker Tilly, together with other staff members within DNA-Law. As a business lawyer, I advise companies with respect to various aspects of corporate and commercial law. My clients include family businesses, medium to large SMEs and investment funds.
In my work, I value building engagement with our clients. Companies often call on our expertise at crucial points, in which case good trust is essential.
Furthermore, as Managing Partner Legal – Lawyer I am responsible for the further development of legal services both in Belgium and within the international network. I am also closely involved in the academic world, first as an assistant and later as a guest lecturer.
In my free time, I like to spend time with family, enjoying gourmet cuisine, sailing and playing tennis.
